All products must be returned in their original/unopened packaging due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons. We cannot refund items that have been opened or used. Items must be returned with their original seals intact. Returns for unwanted items must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Meerah Belle is unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any unwanted items due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during sale periods.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will gladly exchange or refund it for you. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days.

Please keep in mind that because our lashes are handmade with love, each one will be slightly different; however, this will be minor. Please keep in mind that this is not a flaw, but rather a result of our employees' unique lash assignment of individual hair.

If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at info@meerahbelle.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If an exchange is possible, our team will notify you of the next steps.
If an exchange is possible, the item is your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for your own protection.
If you are returning from outside the EU, DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES because there will be excessive clearance fees; we will either refuse delivery or charge you the fees. You must ensure that the parcel's value is listed as "ZERO" and that you CLEARLY
We will not accept parcels that have duty charges, so write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the parcel itself.
Meerah Belle does not pay return postage unless an item is incorrect or defective.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
Discounts
Meerah Belle is the sole provider of discount codes. Two different discount codes/offers cannot be used at the same time. There is only one discount/offer per order. Meerah Belle reserves the right to discontinue any promotion at any time.
